I really hoped this product would work. I purchased it on the recommendation of a GNC employee who swore this stuff would work and it was the best one on the market. I started with one pill in the morning, then worked up to one twice daily. I noticed that it felt like my internal thermostat had been kicked up to over 100 degrees and I was extremely jittery. Now, I must note that I have always been a big coffee drinker and I wasn't having much coffee at all after starting these pills. I have always had a good caffeine tolerance. These made me uncomfortably hot and sweaty. I did have a little more energy and it seemed to help my mood ever so slightly. My appetite was only decreased in the beginning. However, after taking OEP for approximately a month now, I have not lost any weight whatsoever. It was quite pricey, too. It is hard to believe all those gleaming reviews after my experience. I would not recommend this product. If you do decide to try it, get it at GNC and you can return it within 30 days to get a full refund if need be.

I bought this product because the GNC rep. suggested it and swore it was the most affective fat burner with out the usual symptoms of the others like no rapid heart beat etc. I've been taking it for the past two weeks as recommended while also working out and I only lost 2 lbs. which I think is from me working out its not worth taking because you get really emotional while on it and its hard to sleep. the only pro thing about Oxyelite is the little boost of energy that it gives off when you take it but its not worth being emo for. maybe it works differently for other people.

I read reviews that referred to increased energy, and that's what's I was hoping for. I have taken a lot of diet/energy pills and this one just makes me feel strange. 20 minutes after taking it I break out in a cold sweat and get the chills, within 10 minutes I'm nauseous and I'm shaky for about an hour or two. I'm still trying to take it and the side effects are getting better, but I'm not sure it's worth it. I find myself eating crackers or toast more often just to settle my stomach, and there's no way I could work out on this stuff.
